Last updated: 2026-08-31. VROOM.CASH ("the Game") is operated by VROOM.CASH (the "Operator"), contactable at contact@vroom.cash. By creating an account or making a payment you accept these terms.
1. Entertainment only
VROOM.CASH is a game for entertainment only. No real-world value is created or implied.
2. Payments are for in-game actions
All payments are for in-game actions only. Distance has no monetary value.
3. Sabotage is part of the game
Sabotage actions are a core game mechanic. Payments for sabotage actions are non-refundable.
4. Boosts are non-refundable
Boost payments are non-refundable once the distance has been applied.
5. Lucky Sprint
The Lucky Sprint mechanic is a random bonus feature. Outcomes are not guaranteed.
6. Not gambling
VROOM.CASH is not a gambling product. No prizes are awarded. No real money can be won.
7. Trophies are cosmetic
Weekly season trophies are cosmetic only.
8. Operator rights
The Operator reserves the right to reset distances, ban accounts, or modify pricing at any time.
9. Adults only
You must be 18 years or older to make a purchase.
10. Your data (GDPR)
The data controller is the operator of the Game, contactable at contact@vroom.cash. Your email address is stored for authentication only (processed by Clerk) and is never sold to third parties. Game data (username, distance, payment records) is stored with our backend provider Convex. To request deletion of your account and data, email contact@vroom.cash.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. If you believe a payment was made in error, email contact@vroom.cash before filing a chargeback — we are reasonable people.
